Orders
An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or we can't verify your details.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments.
Shipping & returns
Product use
Our products are pet accessories, not medical devices. Always supervise your pet when introducing something new, and follow the care instructions provided.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
