When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, email, delivery address, and order contents. Payments are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, deliver products, reply to messages and, with your consent, send you occasional updates. That's it.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with the services that help us run the store — Shopify (checkout & order management) and our delivery courier. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email dashurolamide@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required by UK tax and consumer law (typically 6 years). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
